We’ve been looking forward all year to our remote getaway on the island of Utö on the outer edges of the Stockholm Archipelago. It was Felix’s first trip on an aeroplane and Amelie’s second trip to Sweden!
Felix was very happy to spend some time with Uncle Stefan on the ferry trip…
Oma and Opa met us on the island and we spent our days cycling, blueberry picking, exploring beaches, barbecuing and generally enjoying the best of the Swedish summer.
And we have to mention our daily walk to the ice cream shop…
And on our last day we had a visit from Petra, Patrik and Benji!
Looks like you had a wonderful time. Did the kids use the “but the sun is still out!” excuse to stay up until late?
And how is Stephan?
Hi Marta- yes we did! bedtimes weren’t too bad- we managed to tire them out during the day! 😉 Stefan is getting better luckily!
