Today I took Amélie to the Baby Clinic for the first time.

She now weighs 4.1 kgs so has put on 900 grams since birth. She is doing really well and the Health Visitor is happy with her progress. I was very impressed that I managed to get Amélie into the baby carrier and undress her at the clinc without waking her from her nap. It was only when she did a pee all over the scales that things went slightly downhill. Bearing in mind what I found in her nappy when we got home it could have been a whole lot worse. Next week I will tackle the Mother and Baby group.
